Andy Rogers

Senior Learning Strategist

A design generalist. I let the problem pick the discipline – learning programs, media design, data pipelines, and custom tooling.

My work turns AI adoption, complex operations, and workflow change into workforce capability that actually sticks. I move into an unfamiliar domain, work out what actually needs to change, and make it learnable, usable, and effective.

Maker as much as strategist: in any given week I might set the strategy, cut the video, build the data pipeline, or ship the AI tool that closes the gap – or develop the team that delivers it all alongside me. This site collects the work and the thinking behind it.

How I work

  1. Behaviour change over rote learning

Corporate education isn’t about handing over facts. It’s about shifting how people actually work, and any design that doesn’t measurably move that dial hasn’t done its job.

  2. Numbers and meaning belong together

A metric stripped from the design that produced it is just a shrug in a suit. Every measurement should carry the story of how it was made – so it can be trusted, challenged, or acted on.

  3. The generalist as multiplier

No single design discipline fits every problem. Moving between learning design, media, data, and tooling means the solution can match the problem – not the other way around.

What I do

  • AI capability & enablement – GenAI integration, LLM applications, agentic workflows, AI-literacy and adoption programs
  • Learning Experience Design – instructional design, adult learning, assessment, eLearning, needs analysis
  • Behaviour change & evaluation – change management, adoption, impact measurement from reaction through to business outcomes
  • Data & automation – Python automation, learning analytics, data visualisation, dashboards
  • Media design – video, motion, brand systems, photography, audio and podcast production
